There isn't any reason to connect the HRM-Dual to Garmin Connect since Garmin Connect can't track any activities. Connect it to a device or an app that can track activities. HRM-Pro is a special case since it is also an activity tracker and can log step count, calories, intensity minutes, and all-day heart rate.
