It all depends on how the vehicle is driven long idle time or short trips 25miles or less will cause more frequent regeneration. I have 3500 miles on my xd the first 1800-2000 were short commutes to work. 3 regens up to that point since then only one. I'm taking longer trips now averaging 100+ miles. G.
